  1. Using a spiralizer, spiralize the zucchinis to create thin noodle-like strands. If you don't have a spiralizer, you can use a vegetable peeler to create thin strips.
  2. In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until the garlic is fragrant.
  3. Add the zucchini noodles to the pan and toss to coat them with the oil and garlic mixture. Cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the noodles are slightly softened.
  4. Season the noodles with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot and top with grated Parmesan cheese.
