Zucchini Chips
Ingredients:
- 2 medium zucchinis
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Cut zucchinis into thin slices, about 1/8 inch thick.
- In a small bowl, mix together flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
- In a separate bowl, beat egg and milk together.
- Dip zucchini slices in the egg mixture, then coat with the flour mixture.
- Place coated zucchini slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until chips are golden brown and crispy.
