Zucchini Chips

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut zucchinis into thin slices, about 1/8 inch thick.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat egg and milk together.
  5. Dip zucchini slices in the egg mixture, then coat with the flour mixture.
  6. Place coated zucchini slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until chips are golden brown and crispy.
