Yuzu Sorbet
Ingredients:
- 1 cup yuzu juice
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
Instructions:
- In a small saucepan, combine the yuzu juice, water, and sugar. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and refrigerate until completely chilled, about 1 hour.
- Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer's instructions.
- Transfer the sorbet to a container and freeze until firm, about 2 hours.
- Serve and enjoy your refreshing yuzu sorbet!
