Yuzu Sorbet

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the yuzu juice, water, and sugar. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and refrigerate until completely chilled, about 1 hour.
  3. Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer's instructions.
  4. Transfer the sorbet to a container and freeze until firm, about 2 hours.
