Yogurt Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup ice
Instructions:
- In a blender, combine yogurt, banana, berries, spinach, honey, almond milk, and ice.
- Blend until smooth.
- If the consistency is too thick, add more almond milk. If it is too thin, add more ice.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
