Yogurt-dipped Strawberries

  1. Rinse and dry strawberries.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Hold onto a strawberry by the stem and dip it into the yogurt mixture, swirling around to coat evenly.
  5. Place the coated strawberry onto the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Repeat with remaining strawberries.
  7. Sprinkle sliced almonds onto each coated strawberry.
  8. Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for 1 hour, or until yogurt is set.
  9. Remove from freezer and let sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before serving.
