Yogurt-dipped Strawberries
Ingredients:
- 1 lb fresh strawberries
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
Instructions:
- Rinse and dry strawberries.
- In a medium bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Hold onto a strawberry by the stem and dip it into the yogurt mixture, swirling around to coat evenly.
- Place the coated strawberry onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Repeat with remaining strawberries.
- Sprinkle sliced almonds onto each coated strawberry.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for 1 hour, or until yogurt is set.
- Remove from freezer and let sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before serving.
