Yoghurt Parfait
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Greek yoghurt
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 cup granola
- 1 cup fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions:
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the Greek yoghurt, honey and cinnamon. Mix until well combined.
- Take a tall glass or jar and start layering the parfait. Start with a layer of the Greek yoghurt mixture.
- Add a layer of granola on top of the yoghurt mixture.
- Add a layer of fresh berries on top of the granola.
- Add another layer of Greek yoghurt mixture on top of the berries.
- Sprinkle a layer of sliced almonds over the yoghurt mixture.
- Continue layering in this order until you reach the top of the glass or jar. Make sure to end with a layer of the Greek yoghurt mixture on top.
- Garnish with a few extra berries and sliced almonds on top.
- Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 2 hours before serving.
