Yellowtail Snapper
Ingredients:
- 1 medium-sized yellowtail snapper
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean and pat dry the yellowtail snapper.
- Season the fish with salt and pepper, inside and out.
- Slice the lemon and stuff the slices inside the fish.
- Place the fish on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter and olive oil together over medium heat.
- Brush the butter and oil mixture onto the fish, making sure to coat both sides.
- If desired, sprinkle fresh herbs on top of the fish.
- Bake the fish in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the flesh is flaky and opaque.
- Remove from the oven and let the fish cool for a few minutes before serving.
