Yellowfin Tuna Steaks

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Brush mixture onto both sides of the tuna steaks.
  4. Place tuna steaks on the grill and add lemon slices to the top.
  5. Grill for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until tuna is cooked to desired level of doneness.
  6. While the tuna is cooking, make the sauce by combining soy sauce, honey, garlic, and parsley in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Remove tuna steaks from grill and pour sauce over the top. Let sit for 2-3 minutes.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
