Yellowfin Tuna Steaks
Ingredients:
- 4 (6-ounce) yellowfin tuna steaks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
Instructions:
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper in a small bowl.
- Brush mixture onto both sides of the tuna steaks.
- Place tuna steaks on the grill and add lemon slices to the top.
- Grill for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until tuna is cooked to desired level of doneness.
- While the tuna is cooking, make the sauce by combining soy sauce, honey, garlic, and parsley in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove tuna steaks from grill and pour sauce over the top. Let sit for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
