Yam Fries
Ingredients:
- 2 large yams
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
- Peel and cut the yams into evenly sized fries.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, sea salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss the yam fries with the seasoning mixture until they are evenly coated.
- Place the fries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spreading them out in a single layer.
- Bake for 20 minutes, then flip the fries and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden brown.
