Xouba Croquettes
Ingredients:
- 1 pound xouba fillets
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the bread crumbs, onions, parsley, garlic, eggs, flour, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Add the xouba fillets to the mixture and gently fold until evenly coated.
- In a frying pan, heat the oil over medium-high heat.
- Once the oil is hot, carefully add the coated xouba fillets to the pan, being careful not to overcrowd the pan.
- Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the croquettes from the pan and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.
- Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Xouba Croquettes!
