  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the bread crumbs, onions, parsley, garlic, eggs, flour, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  2. Add the xouba fillets to the mixture and gently fold until evenly coated.
  3. In a frying pan, heat the oil over medium-high heat.
  4. Once the oil is hot, carefully add the coated xouba fillets to the pan, being careful not to overcrowd the pan.
  5. Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove the croquettes from the pan and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.
