Xouba (Sardine) Salad

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the sardines with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the sardines for 2-3 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, red onion, avocado, olives, feta cheese, and parsley.
  5. Add in the grilled sardines and gently mix all the ingredients together.
  6. In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  7. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to evenly coat all the ingredients.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious Xouba (Sardine) Salad!
