Xiphias (Swordfish Steak)
Ingredients:
- 1 pound swordfish steak
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, and salt and pepper.
- Brush both sides of the swordfish steak with the olive oil mixture.
- Place the lemon slices on top of the steak.
- Grill the swordfish steak for 4-5 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
- Serve hot and enjoy your delicious xiphias steak!
