Xiphias (Swordfish Steak)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, and salt and pepper.
  3. Brush both sides of the swordfish steak with the olive oil mixture.
  4. Place the lemon slices on top of the steak.
  5. Grill the swordfish steak for 4-5 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious xiphias steak!
