  1. Soak the dried black moss in a bowl of water for 30 minutes. Rinse thoroughly and drain.
  2. In a pot, add pork ribs, 2 liters of water, and ginger slices. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for 30 minutes.
  3. Add dried black moss, soaked dried scallops, goji berries, and red dates to the pot. Stir gently and simmer for another 30 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
