  1. In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, salt, black pepper, oregano, thyme, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder.
  2. Rub the spice mixture all over the steak, making sure to coat both sides evenly.
  3. In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  4. Carefully place the steak into the hot oil, and cook for about 7 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or longer according to your desired level of doneness.
  5. Once cooked to your liking, remove the steak from the pan and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
