Wonton Soup

  1. In a large bowl, mix together ground pork, minced green onions, minced ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, and beaten egg until well combined.
  2. On a clean surface, lay out a wonton wrapper. Place a spoonful of pork mixture in the center of the wrapper. Wet the edges of the wrapper with water and fold diagonally to form a triangle. Press the edges together to seal.
  3. In a large pot, bring chicken broth to a boil. Add sliced mushrooms, bok choy, and carrots. Reduce heat and let simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Add wontons to the pot and let cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until they float to the top.
  5. Serve hot and garnish with sliced green onions.
