Wings
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. chicken wings
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup hot sauce (such as Frank's RedHot)
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix together the flour, salt, and pepper.
- Coat each chicken wing in the flour mixture and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the melted butter, hot sauce, and barbecue sauce.
- Remove wings from the oven and toss them in the sauce mixture.
- Return wings to baking sheet and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
