White Fish
Ingredients:
- 1 white fish fillet
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 1 lemon
- Fresh herbs, such as thyme or parsley (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the white fish fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the fish and season with salt and pepper.
- Squeeze the juice of half a lemon over the fish.
- If using, top with fresh herbs.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flaky.
- Serve with a side of roasted vegetables and the remaining lemon half for squeezing over the fish.
