White Fish

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the white fish fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil over the fish and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon over the fish.
  5. If using, top with fresh herbs.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flaky.
  7. Serve with a side of roasted vegetables and the remaining lemon half for squeezing over the fish.
