White Chocolate Cookies

  1. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture until well combined.
  5. Stir in the white chocolate chips.
  6. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  7. Drop dough by rounded spoonfuls onto a greased or lined baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  9. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
