Wedge Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 head of iceberg lettuce
- 2-3 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Rinse and dry the head of iceberg lettuce. Cut it into quarters, removing the stem.
- Place the lettuce wedges on individual plates.
- Sprinkle the crumbled bacon, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and blue cheese on top of the lettuce wedges.
- Drizzle ranch dressing over the top of the salad.
- Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Serve and enjoy your refreshing Wedge Salad!
