Wedge Salad

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Rinse and dry the head of iceberg lettuce. Cut it into quarters, removing the stem.
  2. Place the lettuce wedges on individual plates.
  3. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and blue cheese on top of the lettuce wedges.
  4. Drizzle ranch dressing over the top of the salad.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  6. Serve and enjoy your refreshing Wedge Salad!
