Veggie Wrap

Instructions:

  1. Lay the whole wheat wrap flat on a clean surface.
  2. Spread the hummus evenly over the wrap, leaving about an inch of empty space on one side.
  3. Layer the shredded carrots, cucumbers, bell peppers, avocado, and mixed greens on top of the hummus.
  4. Fold the empty side of the wrap over the filling, then roll the entire wrap tightly.
  5. Slice the wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately.
