Veggie Wrap
Ingredients:
- 1 whole wheat wrap
- 1/4 cup hummus
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup sliced cucumbers
- 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup sliced avocado
- 1/4 cup mixed greens
Instructions:
- Lay the whole wheat wrap flat on a clean surface.
- Spread the hummus evenly over the wrap, leaving about an inch of empty space on one side.
- Layer the shredded carrots, cucumbers, bell peppers, avocado, and mixed greens on top of the hummus.
- Fold the empty side of the wrap over the filling, then roll the entire wrap tightly.
- Slice the wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately.
