Veggie Pizza
Ingredients:
- 1 pre-made pizza crust
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh spinach
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Spread marinara sauce over the pre-made pizza crust.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Add the sliced black olives, diced red bell pepper, sliced mushrooms, diced red onion, and chopped fresh spinach on top of the cheese.
- Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the vegetables.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is crispy and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let the pizza cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
