Veggie Omelette

  1. In a small bowl, beat the eggs and milk together until well mixed.
  2. In a separate pan, sauté the red bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, and spinach in butter until soft.
  3. Pour the egg mixture into the pan over the sautéed vegetables.
  4. Use a spatula to gently lift the edges of the omelette and allow the uncooked egg mixture to flow underneath.
  5. Once the eggs are fully cooked, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over one half of the omelette.
  6. Using the spatula, fold the other half of the omelette over the cheese.
  7. Cook for an additional minute or until the cheese is fully melted.
  8. Gently slide the omelette onto a plate and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious veggie omelette!
