Veal Parmesan

  1. In a shallow dish, mix together breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Dip the veal cutlets in beaten eggs, then coat them in the breadcrumb mixture.
  3. In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the breaded veal cutlets and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. Remove cutlets from skillet and place on a baking sheet.
  6. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  7. Top each cutlet with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
