Vanilla French Toast

Instructions:

  1. In a shallow bowl, beat together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
  2. Melt 1 tbsp of butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, coating both sides.
  4. Place the coated bread slices in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
  5. Add the remaining 1 tbsp of butter to the skillet and repeat with the remaining bread slices.
  6. Serve the French toast hot with maple syrup and fresh berries, if desired.
