Ugli Fruit Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 Ugli fruit
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup chopped strawberries
- 1/4 cup chopped mango
- 1/4 cup chopped pineapple
- 1/4 cup chopped kiwi
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
Instructions:
- Start by cutting the Ugli fruit in half and scooping out the flesh into a medium sized bowl.
- Add in the blueberries, strawberries, mango, pineapple, and kiwi to the bowl.
- In a small bowl, mix together the honey and lime juice until well combined.
- Pour the honey and lime mixture over the fruit in the bowl and mix well.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to develop.
- Serve chilled and enjoy your refreshing Ugli fruit salad!
