Ugli Fruit Salad

  1. Start by cutting the Ugli fruit in half and scooping out the flesh into a medium sized bowl.
  2. Add in the blueberries, strawberries, mango, pineapple, and kiwi to the bowl.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the honey and lime juice until well combined.
  4. Pour the honey and lime mixture over the fruit in the bowl and mix well.
  5. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to develop.
  6. Serve chilled and enjoy your refreshing Ugli fruit salad!
