  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a 9-inch round springform pan by greasing the sides and lining the bottom with parchment paper.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Press the mixture onto the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add in the milk and mix until well combined.
  4. Add in the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. In a separate small bowl, mix together the ube jam and flour until well combined. Add this ube mixture to the cheesecake batter and mix until evenly incorporated. Pour in the heavy cream and mix until smooth.
  6. Pour the filling on top of the crust and smooth out the top. Bake for about 55 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
  7. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside with the door slightly ajar for about an hour.
  8. Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool completely on a wire rack. Once cooled, cover and refrigerate for at least
