Tzatziki
Ingredients:
- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 1 medium cucumber, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- In a medium bowl, stir together the yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and dill.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve with pita bread and vegetables or as a spread for sandwiches and wraps.
