  1. In a large bowl, mix together ground turkey, bread crumbs, egg, onion, parsley, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form into 4 equal-sized patties.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and lightly coat with oil.
  4. Cook the burgers for about 5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  5. Add a slice of cheese to each burger during the last minute of cooking.
  6. Serve on a bun with lettuce, tomato, and any other desired toppings.
