Tuna Salad
Ingredients:
- 2 cans of tuna, drained
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup sliced cucumbers
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, celery, red onion, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard.
- Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- On a separate plate, arrange the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, and sliced cucumbers.
- Spoon the tuna salad mixture on top of the greens and vegetables.
- Serve and enjoy your delicious tuna salad!
