Tuna Casserole

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a separate pan, sauté the peas and carrots in olive oil for about 5 minutes.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked egg noodles, sautéed vegetables, cream of mushroom soup, milk, tuna, and 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese on top of the casserole.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
