Tuna Casserole
Ingredients:
- 1 (16 oz) package of egg noodles
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 (6 oz) can of tuna, drained
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a separate pan, sauté the peas and carrots in olive oil for about 5 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked egg noodles, sautéed vegetables, cream of mushroom soup, milk, tuna, and 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese on top of the casserole.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
