Tortellini
Ingredients:
- 1 package (9 ounces) refrigerated tortellini
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Cook the tortellini according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
- Add the sun-dried tomatoes and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Stir in the cooked tortellini and chopped basil, mixing until everything is well combined.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the tortellini is heated through.
- Top with grated parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot and enjoy your delicious tortellini!
