Tomato Bruschetta
Ingredients:
- 6 vine-ripened tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 baguette, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
- In a bowl, mix together tomatoes, basil, garlic, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place baguette slices on a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes, until lightly toasted.
- Spread tomato mixture on top of baguette slices and return to oven for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious tomato bruschetta!
