Tater Tots
Ingredients:
- 2 large potatoes
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions:
- Peel and grate the potatoes.
- Place the grated potatoes in a colander and rinse them under cold water. Squeeze out any excess water.
- In a large bowl, mix together the grated potatoes, flour, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese.
- Form the mixture into small bite-sized tots.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Carefully place the tots into the skillet and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the tots from the skillet and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to absorb any excess oil.
- Serve hot and enjoy your homemade tater tots!
