  1. Peel and grate the potatoes.
  2. Place the grated potatoes in a colander and rinse them under cold water. Squeeze out any excess water.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the grated potatoes, flour, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Form the mixture into small bite-sized tots.
  5. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  6. Carefully place the tots into the skillet and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, until they are golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove the tots from the skillet and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to absorb any excess oil.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy your homemade tater tots!
