Tapenade
Ingredients:
- 1 cup pitted olives
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon capers
- 2 anchovy fillets
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
- In a food processor, combine olives, garlic, capers, and anchovy fillets.
- Pulse until finely chopped.
- Slowly drizzle in olive oil while the food processor is running.
- Add lemon juice, black pepper, and red pepper flakes and pulse to combine.
- Transfer mixture to a bowl and stir in chopped parsley.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Serve with crackers or bread as a dip or spread.
