Tapenade

Instructions:

  1. In a food processor, combine olives, garlic, capers, and anchovy fillets.
  2. Pulse until finely chopped.
  3. Slowly drizzle in olive oil while the food processor is running.
  4. Add lemon juice, black pepper, and red pepper flakes and pulse to combine.
  5. Transfer mixture to a bowl and stir in chopped parsley.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
  7. Serve with crackers or bread as a dip or spread.
