Tagliatelle
Ingredients:
- 1 pound tagliatelle pasta
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a separate pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and add onion and garlic. Cook until onion is translucent.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in crushed tomatoes, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Let simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add cooked pasta to the pan and mix until well combined with the sauce.
- Serve hot, topped with grated parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
