Tagliatelle

Instructions:

  1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a separate pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and add onion and garlic. Cook until onion is translucent.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in crushed tomatoes, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Let simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Add cooked pasta to the pan and mix until well combined with the sauce.
  6. Serve hot, topped with grated parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
