Tacos
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup water
- 8 taco shells
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup diced jalapenos (optional)
- Sour cream (optional)
Instructions:
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add the taco seasoning and water to the skillet. Stir until well combined.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- While the beef is simmering, preheat oven to 350°F.
- Place taco shells on a baking sheet and warm in the oven for 5 minutes.
- Fill each taco shell with the cooked beef mixture.
- Top with shredded cheese and place back in the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
- Remove tacos from oven and top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, onions, and jalapenos if desired.
- Add a dollop of sour cream on top and enjoy your delicious tacos!
