Sweet Potato Fries
Ingredients:
- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Wash and dry the sweet potatoes. Leave the skin on or peel if desired.
- Cut the sweet potatoes into thin, uniform strips. You can use a knife or a french fry cutter.
- In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato fries with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika. Make sure the fries are evenly coated.
- Spread the fries out on a baking sheet, making sure they are not touching. You may need to use two baking sheets.
- Bake for 20 minutes, then take the fries out and flip them over with a spatula.
- Return the fries to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until crispy and golden brown.
- Once done, remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy your homemade sweet potato fries!
