Sweet Potato Fries

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Wash and dry the sweet potatoes. Leave the skin on or peel if desired.
  3. Cut the sweet potatoes into thin, uniform strips. You can use a knife or a french fry cutter.
  4. In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato fries with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika. Make sure the fries are evenly coated.
  5. Spread the fries out on a baking sheet, making sure they are not touching. You may need to use two baking sheets.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes, then take the fries out and flip them over with a spatula.
  7. Return the fries to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until crispy and golden brown.
  8. Once done, remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
  9. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy your homemade sweet potato fries!
