Spinach Dip
Ingredients:
- 2 cups chopped fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped water chestnuts
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped artichoke hearts, drained
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Tortilla chips, crackers, or vegetables for dipping
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, water chestnuts, green onions, artichoke hearts, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or vegetables for dipping.
