Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen berry mix
- 1 banana
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup ice
Instructions:
- In a blender, add frozen berry mix, banana, and almond milk.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add honey, chia seeds, and ice to the blender.
- Blend again until all ingredients are well combined and the smoothie is thick and creamy.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy your refreshing smoothie!
