Smoked Fish Dip
Ingredients:
- 1 pound smoked fish, skin and bones removed
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Crackers or vegetables for serving
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, flake the smoked fish into small pieces using a fork.
- Add in the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic, green onions, and cayenne pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Taste and season with salt and pepper as desired.
- Cover and refrigerate the dip for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
- Serve with crackers or vegetables for dipping.
