Smoked Fish Dip

  1. In a large mixing bowl, flake the smoked fish into small pieces using a fork.
  2. Add in the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic, green onions, and cayenne pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Taste and season with salt and pepper as desired.
  4. Cover and refrigerate the dip for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  5. Serve with crackers or vegetables for dipping.
