Shrimp Cocktail

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes, until pink and fully cooked.
  3. Drain the shrimp and place in a large bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, salt, and pepper.
  5. Remove the shrimp from the ice water and pat dry with paper towels.
  6. Serve the shrimp with the cocktail sauce and garnish with lemon wedges and parsley.
