Scrambled Eggs

  1. In a small bowl, beat the eggs and milk together until well combined.
  2. In a non-stick skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and let it cook for a minute without stirring.
  4. Using a spatula, gently push the cooked edges of the eggs towards the center of the skillet, allowing the uncooked eggs to move to the edges.
  5. Continue stirring and pushing until the eggs are almost fully set, but still slightly runny.
  6. Remove from heat and let the eggs finish cooking for a minute while still in the skillet.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.
