Scrambled Eggs
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 teaspoon butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, beat the eggs and milk together until well combined.
- In a non-stick skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and let it cook for a minute without stirring.
- Using a spatula, gently push the cooked edges of the eggs towards the center of the skillet, allowing the uncooked eggs to move to the edges.
- Continue stirring and pushing until the eggs are almost fully set, but still slightly runny.
- Remove from heat and let the eggs finish cooking for a minute while still in the skillet.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.
