Scallops
Ingredients:
- 1 lb scallops
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
- Rinse scallops and pat dry with paper towels.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Season scallops with salt and pepper and place in skillet.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and slightly opaque in the center.
- Squeeze lemon juice over the scallops and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious scallops!
