Salmon Sashimi

  1. Cut the salmon into thin slices, about 1/4 inch thick.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and sesame oil to make the sauce.
  3. Place the salmon slices on a serving plate.
  4. Drizzle the sauce over the salmon slices.
  5. Arrange the avocado and cucumber slices on top of the salmon.
  6. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
  7. Serve immediately with wasabi paste and pickled ginger, if desired.
