Salisbury Steak

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into 6 oval-shaped patties.
  3. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the patties and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, until browned.
  4. Add beef broth to the skillet and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes, flipping the patties halfway through.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together cornstarch and water. Gradually add the cornstarch mixture to the skillet, stirring constantly. Cook until the gravy thickens, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Serve the Salisbury steak with the gravy spooned over the top. Enjoy!
