Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 cups mixed greens
- 1 cucumber
- 1 tomato
- 1 avocado
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette dressing
Instructions:
- Wash and dry the mixed greens and place them in a large salad bowl.
- Peel and dice the cucumber and tomato, and add them to the salad bowl.
- Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Scoop out the flesh and slice it, then add it to the salad bowl.
- Add the dried cranberries, crumbled feta cheese, and chopped walnuts to the salad bowl.
- Drizzle the balsamic vinaigrette dressing over the salad.
- Toss all the ingredients together until well combined.
- Serve and enjoy your delicious and healthy salad!
