Root Beer Float

  1. Start by placing a large glass in the freezer for 10-15 minutes to chill.
  2. Scoop 1-2 scoops of vanilla ice cream into the chilled glass.
  3. Slowly pour the root beer over the ice cream, being careful not to let it overflow.
  4. Add more root beer if needed.
  5. Optional: garnish with whipped cream and a maraschino cherry on top.
