Rocky Road Ice Cream
Ingredients:
- 2 cans (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and heavy cream. Mix until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix together whole milk, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, and salt until smooth.
- Add the cocoa mixture to the condensed milk mixture and stir until well combined.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer's instructions.
- Once the ice cream is almost done churning, add in chopped walnuts, mini marshmallows, and chocolate chips.
- Continue churning until all ingredients are evenly distributed in the ice cream.
- Transfer the ice cream into a container and freeze for 4-6 hours, or until firm.
