Roast Pork
Ingredients:
- 2-3 lb pork loin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, thyme, and rosemary.
- Season the pork loin with the spice mixture, making sure to rub it in evenly on all sides.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the pork loin and sear for about 3-4 minutes on each side until a golden crust forms.
- In a separate bowl, mix the balsamic vinegar and soy sauce together.
- Place the seared pork loin in a roasting pan and pour the balsamic-soy mixture over it.
- Cover the pan with aluminum foil and place it in the preheated oven.
- Roast for about 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Once done, remove the pork loin from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
