Ribs (BBQ)

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 375°F).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the BBQ sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, mustard, salt, and pepper to create the BBQ marinade.
  3. Rub the vegetable oil onto both sides of the ribs, then generously season with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the ribs on the preheated grill, and let them cook for about 10 minutes on each side, allowing them to get those nice grill marks.
  5. Once the ribs have developed a nice char, start basting them with the BBQ marinade on both sides using a basting brush.
  6. Continue grilling the ribs, turning and basting every 10 minutes, for about 40-50 minutes total, or until the meat is tender and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  7. Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving with extra BBQ sauce on the side.
