Ribs (BBQ)
Ingredients:
- 1 rack of pork ribs
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions:
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 375°F).
- In a small bowl, mix together the BBQ sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, mustard, salt, and pepper to create the BBQ marinade.
- Rub the vegetable oil onto both sides of the ribs, then generously season with salt and pepper.
- Place the ribs on the preheated grill, and let them cook for about 10 minutes on each side, allowing them to get those nice grill marks.
- Once the ribs have developed a nice char, start basting them with the BBQ marinade on both sides using a basting brush.
- Continue grilling the ribs, turning and basting every 10 minutes, for about 40-50 minutes total, or until the meat is tender and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving with extra BBQ sauce on the side.
